If you have been issued a Colorado medical license you may apply for membership using our joint online application with the Colorado Medical Society.
Just indicate the county society as: Arapahoe-Douglas-Elbert Medical Society when asked.

Physicians must become members of both the Colorado Medical Society and the Arapahoe-Douglas-Elbert Medical Society; this application can be used for this combined membership; however, we strongly suggest applying online to expedite your membership process with CMS and ADEMS.
If you are joining after June or towards the end of the calendar year, please call us at 720.639.6784 or contact CMS membership for a pro-rated dues schedule.
Your application will be reviewed at the following ADEMS Board of Directors Meeting for prompt approval.
If you are not elected to membership, we will refund your prepaid dues immediately.
