The South Metro area is experiencing tremendous growth and new residents call the ADEMS to help them find a new doctor. They learn about our referral service through the Yellow Pages, the Department of Health, and various social agencies. Patients are referred to physicians on a rotating basis according to the patients' preferred location, unless the physician member opted out of this service.

As a member benefit, you are provided with several opportunities throughout the year to attend meetings on topics essential to the business of practicing medicine in today’s world. Meetings provide a forum for physicians to express ideas and concerns with their peers.

The interests of all ADEMS physicians are represented by our physician leadership seated at the CMS Board of Directors. 

ADEMS works closely with CMS to ensure physicians are being represented in both the state and national legislative arenas. Participate on ADEMS and CMS councils and committees, and as a key contact with your state and/or national legislators.

While the ADEMMA group itself has since sunset, ADEMS now includes practice managers in all of our quarterly educational programs for ADEMS members'. Encouraging your staff to participate in these programs will ultimately benefit the physician practice.

As the sponsoring body, ADEMS encourages all members to participate in this exceptionally fine program that provides care for the underinsured and the medically indigent. Call 303-730-1313 for more information on the program.

The conference room in the ADEMS building, which accommodates up to 20 people,  may be available to members.  

ADEMS hosts a few social events each year including a legislative, family social and our popular Annual Physician Meed and greet at Glenmoor C.C.  This event is geared toward physicians only and is our most well attended event.  The intention is to provide physicians a way to engage with new physician specialties and hospital administration in our catchment area in a social environment.  This RSVP only event is very popular and typically brings 175-200 attendees each year.
